Fully automatic servo-driven two-color screen printing machine designed for export.

It is used for screen printing on the tops of irregularly shaped caps, with a speed of 35–40 pieces per minute.

1.This machine is a fully automatic two-color servo screen printer,equipped with an 8-station splitter for the turntable.
2. Manually load the products on the tooling fixtures of the feeding conveyor belt for positioning products.
The mechanical hand loads the products onto the turntable for following processing.
3.  If the photoelectric sensor detects that there is still product remain on the turntable after the finished
product has been unloaded,the machine will stop running and issue an alarm.
4.  Integrate flame treatment,screen printing,mercury UV curing,automatic unloading,no print without a
part,abnormal alarm function,improves production efficiency.
5.  PLC, touch screen,transmission and control components are all well-known brands,the machine is
easy to operate,stable and reliable.
6.  It has the function of lifting the printing head,adjustable scraper pressure,adjustable front and rear
position,and screen frame three-dimensional adjustable.
